14 days from Application to signing....thoroughly impressed! I got an insanely good rate for my refinance. Matthew was always so quick to respond, through text, email, and phone, and ALWAYS followed up. He clearly explained all the numbers, so I knew there were no surprises or hidden costs. With this low rate I doubt I will need another refinance anytime soon, but if i did I would use him again.
